Help with route discovery
MAT3 Web is being built around one main job: helping you go from a place you know to the destination you need. Route data in this local build is not connected to a live MAT3 service yet.

How route finding will work
Enter a stage, estate, landmark or other supported place in From, then enter your destination in To. Choose the intended place from the suggestions so the route can be restored from its place ID.
- If a name could mean more than one place, MAT3 will ask you to choose rather than guessing.
- The results list will come first. A map, when configured, will be optional context.
- You will be able to compare the available stages, walking connections and transfers before opening a route detail.
Using your location
Your browser asks for location only after you choose Use my location. An approved position stays in memory for the active tab or session, is used only to select a nearby supported origin for that search, and is not placed in the URL. Manual From entry remains available if you decline or if the position is not accurate enough.
Why a detail may be missing
A fare, arrival time, alert, vehicle, map shape or operator name will appear only when the connected service supplies trustworthy data for it. A missing detail does not mean that MAT3 knows it and has hidden it.
Check the freshness label and source time before relying on operational information. Illustrative examples are demonstrations, not confirmation of service or coverage.

MAT3 has not published a staffed support channel yet. We will add a real support pathway when there is a team and process ready to respond; there is no decorative form or unattended inbox in the meantime.
